Fish fillet breaded in panko with LINIE remo and citrus
1 h 0 min
Let's make fish fillet breaded in panko and add an edge to it with our homemade LINIE remoulade. The crispy panko gives the fish a delightful crunchy texture, while the LINIE remoulade adds a smooth and rounded flavor that embraces the fish. Enjoy this familiar yet refreshingly new version of the fish fillet, preferably with a glass of LINIE to honor the good old traditions. Every single bite is a taste of Denmark, and it's important not to skimp on either the fish or the remoulade.

LINIE-remoulade (see recipe here)
½ bunch of dill — picked
4 slices of lemon

Fry the fillets in hot oil for 3-5 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
Butter the rye bread and gently place the fish fillets on it.
Top with generous amounts of LINIE remoulade along with dill.
Add a halved slice of lemon, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serve with a glass of LINIE In addition to being a classic, high-quality aquavit, LINIE is also great for food pairing. What sets LINIE apart is its distinctive aging process. During maturation, it develops a natural sweetness and spiciness that makes it perfect for accompanying a variety of dishes. LINIE acts as a flavor enhancer, creating a harmonious balance between both food and aquavit.
