Let's make homemade LINIE remoulade. We add LINIE to it as it acts as a flavor enhancer and creates balance and harmony. It gives the remoulade depth and a slightly spicy taste that pairs perfectly with the fish fillet or as the finishing touch on cured meat.

  • 200 ml LINIE-Mayonnaise (see recipe here)

  • 3 tbsp coarse pickles (see recipe here) — finely chopped into cubes

  • 1 tbsp capers — finely chopped

  • 1 red onion — finely chopped

  • 100 ml LINIE-pickled cucumbers (see recipe here) — finely chopped into cubes

  • 2 tbsp LINIE Aquavit Original

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation steps


    1. Gently mix all the ingredients.

    2. Let the remoulade sit for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to develop.

    3. Taste before serving.
