  • 1 kg dried apricots

  • 250 g sugar

  • 300 ml water

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

  • 4 whole cardamom pods

  • 1-2 vanilla beans

  • 100 ml LINIE Aquavit Original

Preparation steps

    LINIE apricots

    1. Bring all the ingredients (except LINIE) to a boil and let it simmer for about 30 minutes until the liquid is thick and delicious.

    2. Add LINIE Aquavit and bring it to a boil again.

    3. Pour the mixture into preserving jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours, preferably longer.
