Preparation steps

    Grilled asparagus

    1. Turn on either a grill or a grill pan and place the asparagus on it for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are lightly golden and still have crunch.

    1. Meanwhile, prepare the salad by mixing the halved cherry tomatoes with salt, pepper and sugar in a large bowl.

    2. Add finely chopped tarragon and picked dill, and then olive oil, apple cider vinegar and LINIE Aquavit Original.

    3. Gently mix all the ingredients together, and then add semi-dried tomatoes and hearts of lettuce.

    4. When the asparagus is done, remove them from the heat and add them to the salad.

    5. Debone the smoked mackerels and cut them into bite-sized pieces before adding them to the salad.

    6. Before serving, gently mix the salad again so all the ingredients are mixed together.

    1. Serve the salad on a large plate and garnish with fresh lemon zest.
