Ingredients

  • 5 cl LINIE Aquavit

  • 4 cl Blackcurrant liqueur

  • 1 cl Strong espresso

  • 1 Bar spoon sugar

  • 2 Dashes of grapefruit bitters

  • 1 dash of plum bitters

  • 5 Citrus thyme stems

  • Garnish:  Orange zest twist and thyme

Preparation steps

    Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then double strain into your favorite glass over ice. Garnish with a thin twist of orange zest and a sprig of fresh thyme and enjoy this exquisite and flavorful cocktail.
