50ml Linie Port Cask
5ml Gammel Dansk bitter dram
5ml Luxardo Maraschino
20ml white pepper - clove vinegar cordial(*) flavoured with carrot and granny smith apple
40ml "re-born" non-alcoholic riesling (**)
METHOD:
Throw and serve in a riedel wine glass with pickled veggie chips and sauerkraut
*Homemade cordial:
400g water
200g sugar
5g white pepper
5g clove
20g apple vinegar
Dissolve everything in a saucepan and add 60g carrot
100g granny smith apple
Vacuum and let sit in a fridge over night.
** wine:
1L outdated riesling
100g sugar
2g malic acid
2g ascorbic acid
Boil out the alcohol from wine and add other stuff.
