4 cl. LINIE Aquavit
1,5 cl. Peach brandy
3 cl. Lemon juice
1 cl. Simple syrup
0,5-1 cl. of egg whites
12 Coriander leaves (or cilantro)
METHOD
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously for 5 seconds to activate the egg whites.
Add ice and shake for 8-10 seconds more.
Fill a rocks glass with ice and strain the liquids of the shaker into the glass.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
