30 ml lemon cordial (homemade*)
7 drops Pandan Extract (homemade**)
METHOD
Stir & strain in a tumbler over clear ice
*Lemon cordial
60g lemon peel
1000ml water
500g sugar
20g citric Acid
**Pandan extract
50g dry Pandan leaves (chopped)
200ml neutral alcohol
Leave it for min. 2 weeks
